Week #3: Halfway done!

Wassup guys!!!

So this email is a little earlier because we are going to the temple in a little over an hour from now. I am SO excited. Not only because the temple will be cool and all, but I'm gonna get a new sick tie hahaha.

Two nights ago, Elder Frost's stomach was feeling really sick, and he was up all night throwing up like crazy, unfortunately. He woke us all up (Elder Robinson and Elder Sapp are in the same room as us) at 1:30 am and asked for a Priesthood blessing. We had Elder Sapp anoint the oil, and then I gave him a blessing. It was super scary because I had never done a blessing before, and I said a quick prayer right before to ask God to give me help in knowing what to say. It was only about a 45-second blessing, but I think it helped him a lot. He was able to sleep the rest of the night, but still felt sick in the morning. We went to the infirmary, and they told us to just relax and gave him some medicine. The cool thing is that the doctor said that he would for sure have to stay in home today too, but he's feeling much better today, so we can visit the temple!

My Spanish still isn't the best, and the food is still the same. I'm still learning a lot, of course, but I'm honestly ready to go to Paraguay at this point.

I'll definitely have some pictures next week of Mexico and stuff, but for this week I apologize if they're boring. Last week I got 'complaints' that I wasn't in any of the pictures, so I thought it would appropriate if the pictures were of me pointing at things.

Sorry if this email was boring, but there's not much to talk about. I love you all and hope you have a great week

Elder Erichsen :)

Heaven help this kid's English, deteriorating right before my eyes. You'd think he was learning Spanish or something.
