Hot!

Hey Mom!
This week has been awesome! We found a lot of new people to teach. Yes, it has been HOT. I believe it has been over 100 almost every day hahaa. It rained one day and we didn't have our umbrellas so we got drenched that day, but oh well.
So Elder Guerrero has 8 weeks left (That's 2 weeks left in this transfer and 6 in another transfer) and right now he's on his 5th transfer in Republicano (That's a LONG time) so he's for sure switching areas this transfer and I'll probably stay here, unless they want to whitewash Republicano. It's so funny, Elder Guerrero got here in Republicano the day of my graduation, June 4th. Isn't that crazy? 😂
Church is good. Sundays are always hard for proselyting because everyone is partying, and it's also the last day of the week and we're tired and ready for P day hahaha.
We had one girl progressing really well, but she's Evangelic and they're crazy haha. We went to her house to teach the Plan of Salvation and she said she can't talk to us anymore because her church doesn't want her to. sooooo.
I'm so happy you guys got awesome callings. We had no one to teach in Gospel Principles yesterday, so we went to Gospel Doctrine class and it's interesting. You guys get to teach the New Testament, so that's a little more exciting than the Old Testament haha. I'm reading the NT right now and I'm in Mark. I think it's important to read the NT on the mission because LITERALLY EVERYONE IS CATHOLIC HERE. I would say about 95% of the people we talk to are Catholic, it's crazy.
Alright, that's all I got this week. So about the call on Christmas, I can do pretty much whatever time haha. We're 4 hours ahead and I'm thinking 4 or 5 Paraguay time, so 12 or 1 Utah time. Is that alright? We'll say 12 if that's ok. But if that doesn't work you can email me next P day haha.
Thanks so much mom, Love you ;)

Hey chupas,
This week was suuuuuuuuuuper hot. I kid you not 6/7 days this week were over 100. Yikes. It's so hot that at night our AC doesn't work very well 😂. So I hope all of you that are in the US are enjoying the cold.
Right now a lot of the people we're teaching are being lame and not keeping their commitments, but it happens. We had this one girl named Pamela that we were teaching and she was awesome and was excited to go to church and everything. We visited her this week excited to teach the Plan of Salvation, and when we got to her house she said that she can't talk to us anymore. We found out she's Evangelic and her church doesn't want NOTHIN to do with us haha. So that's great. And then right when we left her house it started raining and we didn't have umbrellas, so that was faaaantastic. But then we got ice cream and found a bunch of new people to teach that day, so it wasn't too bad.
One thing that I've found here is that EVERYONE is Catholic. It's legit like Utah with Mormo...I mean members of the church of Jesus Christ. It's awesome because most people already have a lot of faith in Jesus and God and the Bible, but it sucks at the same time because nobody wants to go to our church on Sunday .-.
But yeah, nothing toooooo crazy went down this week so that's about all I got. Next email will be on Christmas Eve and the day after I get to talk with my family, so I'm excited for that😁. We also have our last district meeting that day and then we have transfers and I'll have a new companion, so lots of fun stuff happening. But yeah. Hope you all have a good week. Totally forgot to take like any pictures this week so sorrry bout that, there'll be some bomb ones next week. Love ya'll, Happy Holidays.
