Praying in English is so hard!

Hey Mom!

Woot woot we're almost at the 100 day mark. It's gone by so slow yet so fast at the same time haha. No I didn't even know their was a devotional haha. But I'm sure it was great.

I still think it's hilarious that it's Christmas time but it's still very hot outside haha. I have White Christmas on my mp3 player and it makes me laugh. I went to Elder Sapp's area (Sajonia/Centro) and that area is a lot richer than ours so there's a TON more lights in peoples houses and stuff. I loved it.

Woot woot! Hopefully my Spanish will be better by then haha. It'll probably be easy to understand Dad because it's a second language for him. It's always easier to understand Spanish when it's from someone in the United States because they speak a lot slower and with more diction.

Ok, Elder Sapp literally has 3 investigators that are FLUENT in English and we taught all of them that day. I forgot how easy it is to speak in English haha. He has one of them being baptized this Saturday which is sweet. Also, I tried saying a prayer with one of them in English and it was SO HARD. Now I know why people like to say prayers in their mission language! It's so hard in English! ðŸ˜‚

Every time we visit that family now, they're 'busy'. But right now we have a lot of people progressing well and I imagine we'll have a baptism or 2 at the end of the month or early January.

Oh we also have our Christmas activity this Wednesday. Our whole zone is going to the mission offices and eating and stuff. I don't really know what else exactly but I'm excited for that.

Thanks so much Mom, love you so much😇.

Hola mis zanahorias,

Happy Holiday season everyone. This week has been pretty solid. I went on a companionship exchange with Elder Sapp again, and I actually went to his area that day and that was pretty rad. He's in a richer area so everything over there is a lot nicer than here in Republicano haha. He also has 3 people that he's teaching that are FLUENT in English. You heard me. FLUENT. We taught all 3 of them that day and it was freaking awesome. I forgot how easy it is to talk and teach in English ðŸ˜‚. A few days ago I officially ordered Burger King all by myself in Spanish for the first time, so I guess you could say I'm basically fluent.

So in our house, we don't have any gas so we can't make food or anything. I don't know where to buy more gas, and me and Elder Guerrero are too lazy to find out, so we're just kinda chillin lol. But when I was with Elder Sapp last week, I was at his house, and they actually have gas and guess what??? Your boy made himself an egg sandwich. So not only am I fluent in Spanish, but I'm also a master chef.

This week we have an activity with our District, and we're going to freaking TGIFridays so I'm pretty pumped for that. And yes. It's called TGIFridays here. I don't know why it's not something like Gracias es Viernes, but whatever. And tomorrow we have service as a district in another area. And then on Wednesday we have a Christmas activity as a zone so that's exciting.

Other than that, not toooooooo much else to write about. Right now I'm super missing Vocal Ensemble. Christmas season was soooooooo fun last year. But I guess right now I'm doing the Lord's errand, so that's a little more important haha. Hope you all have a great week. ðŸ˜‰ðŸ˜Ž

Heaven help this kid's English, deteriorating right before my eyes. You'd think he was learning Spanish or something.
