A week of one miracle!

Yoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo how was your week everybody? I know Pioneer Day is coming up (aka the most important holiday of the year) so I hope you're all preparing for that. They celebrate it like crazy down here so I'm super excited for that.
Guess what happend this week guys? SOMEBODY CAME TO CHURCH! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Paso de Oro hasn`t had an investigator attendance for like over a month so that was awesome. There's this recent convert named Aracy and she has a husband who's NOT A MEMBER. And we invited him to come to church and BAM, there he came. That was pretty exciting. I would say we had a pretty successful week because of that, but nothing else really happened ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
Have I ever wrote about how much I love Paraguayans?? I really am gonna miss them in a year, not gonna lie. I mean to say this without sarcasm, but I think it's so funny how we get rejected sometimes. They come up with the weirdest excuses. Like sometimes we'll clap at a house and we'll offer to bless their house and they'll be like "Ahhhh, ya know I'd love to, but, my dogs will attack you if I let you in" standing in front of their sleeping tiny poodle. The most common excuse is the "estoy ocupado" (I'm busy). Classic. Sometimes we'll ask "¿¡Enserio!? ¿Que està haciendo?" (Really!? What are you doing then?) and they get filled with fear not knowing what to say next and hit us with a "otro dìa hermano" (Come back another day brother.) I love it. ❤😂
As you can see from the pictures above, the time has finally come for my good ol' Timberlands. They did a good 10 1/2 months, but the time has come. But OH MY GOODNESS I'm so excited to wear new boots. I bought some new ones today and wooooooooow my feet have hurt so bad the last week. There's these holes on the bottom of the boots, so all this dirt always got all up in my feet and my feet would instantly get drenched if it was raining. But all is well.
Question...Have you guys ever read the Bible?? It's pretty whacky right? Especially the Old Testament with talking donkeys and stuff. I have no idea HOW you could come up with a church with just the Bible, and that's why I'm so thankful for the Book of Mormon. Right now I'm in Helaman and it's flipping awesome. In chapter 9 to be exact, theres this dude named Nephi. Nephi is the man. He was a prophet of God and the people were all like "Naw, Nephi is some loser who thinks he knows it all" but Nephi was like "Ha! Jokes on you! This one dude died and I know it because the Lord told me!" and then the people go see if the guy actually died and HE DID. Prophets are so cool guys. I'm so thankful to know that Russel M. Nelson is the current living Prophet. HE TALKS TO GOD GUYS. LISTEN TO HIM. But that's all.
Recently I've been loving listening to Conference talks, so if any of ya'll got any favorites, LET ME KNOW. I'll download them :D. But hope you all have a great week!

p1 y p2 - R.I.P. Timberlands :,(
p3 - Some member of this church gave this pamphlet for us. I think it's funny how it says "URGENT" like we need to read it to be saved or something. Little did this guy know.....
p4 - I forgot to show this "Gospel Principles" book that a member gave to me in my last area in GUARANI. I totally don't understand any of it, but it's pretty cool to have I guess.

Heaven help this kid's English, deteriorating right before my eyes. You'd think he was learning Spanish or something.
