"I'm cold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As you can see from those first 2 pictures, IT'S COLD GUYS. Oh sorry, I was so cold that I forgot to write an introduction. Oops.
     WHAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaat is up ya'll. I hope you all had an awesome 4th of July. We were livin it up here in Paraguay in the cold. My district leader called me and told me "Happy 4th of July!!" so that was pretty exciting. This week we had a ton of success. We found a TOOOOON of people to teach and 5 of them accepted baptism dates! WOooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Unfortunately it was FREEZING cold yesterday morning, so church attendance was pretty low and no of them attended, but ya know how it is. There's always next week!
     It's been crazy hard finding things to do after 6pm. So pretty much NOBODY wants to set appointments after 6 because, and I quote "Hace frìo en esa hora, hay que pasar màs temprano" (It's cold at that time, come earlier). So we always have a bunch of appointments from 3-6pm and then BAM, nada. So we've been stuck clapping at houses for like 3 hours with little results. But every time we've always found at least ONE person, which has been pretty cool.
     Have I mentioned that it's been cold? I woke up this morning and I could see my breath 😂. On Wednesday we were walking to our our appointment at 5 and I told my companion, "Elder....it's time." and bought a coat on the spot. Ahhhhhhhhhh it was so nice. I felt like I was in my bed when I put it on. But I hear it's supposed to get warm again this week, but usually everyone is wrong about the weather here, so I guess we'll see.
     So I heard that the Utah Jazz just got 2 super bomb players that are gonna play this season. Like they're actually expected to go far in the Playoffs. I'd like to say this now...that if the Utah JAZZ actually go to finals this season, I will watch it 😂 (that was a joke....kinda). So if they end up going to finals, I don't want ANYBODY to tell me ANYTHING about it. Thank you.... :D
     2 of the people we found this week accepted a baptism date have super potential and I'm super excited. Their names are Miriam and Anibal. Anibal has a brother who's a member, but he's super inactive and doesn't wanna go to church, BUUUUUUUUUUUT Anibal is awesome and is super down. Him and his wife accepted a baptism date for August 3rd and really want to find out if our church is true. Anibal is suuuuper goofy. I was like "Hermano, we want to invite you to go to church this Sunday." And he's like "No no, I have work every Sunday...there's no way I can go on Sunday, but I can definitely get baptized on a Saturday, I don't work Saturdays." 😂😂 But we explained how if he goes to church on Sunday he'll have sufficient money and he's working on that this week. The Gospel is rad.

Hey Mom! Hahaha I'm so happy my picture with the cat is popular. I thought it was super funny when we took it. We were teaching a menos activo member and he had these little cats jump up on us during the lesson. So we have 'interviews' with President every transfer to make sure everythings good, and we had ours this week and President told me that I'm almost for sure going somewhere this transfer. He didn't know where yet but just told me I was leaving. I personally think it would be super fun to go somewhere super far away like in Zone 9 or something. The farthest area away is called Campo Nueva and I kinda wanna go there haha. But I don't have a huge preference. Also MOM. On my last transfer I am FOR SURE gonna try to make everyone feel trunky!!! Falam Portugues?

Heeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyyyy everrryybbooddyyy!!!! Voces falam portugues? Está bem! Eu tambem nao. Mas vou seguir aprendendo kkkkkkkkkkk.      So we had transfers and I'm back here with my boy Elder Rodrigues and we're just having a grand ol' time here in the Floresta. I remember my first week here I had to adjust quite a bit. In Villarrica the people are super nice, but here they're a little more frío. So Elder Rodrigues kinda had to go through that same adjustment. But I think he's doing pretty good now.      I'm pretty glad that Elder Rodrigues is here with me. Last transfer my companion didn't drink any soda and only ate out once a week, but now we're back to eating out every day except Sunday and drinking soda for personal study in the morning, so life is good. I honestly have NO idea how I have not gained weight since I've been here. I checked my weight actually a few weeks ago, and I'm still sitting at the same 160 pounds of skin and bone tha...

The Prophet Was Right!

What the heck happened guys??? Last week was super chill, but then all of a sudden BAM I feel like we're in an apocalypse or something. IN JUST ONE WEEK! WHAT THE HECK?      So I'd first like to state that the majority of people here in Paraguay hear about the news about something and that's the ONLY thing they talk about. So if something happens, pretty much EVERYONE tells us about it. Members, non members, everyone. So we'd been aware of the Corona Virus for quite some time. But really I didn't think it was a big deal haha. Then on tuesday night we get this message from our president saying, "Due to the Corona Virus, there will be no church meetings of any kind for 2 weeks. No sacrament meeting. No district councils. NADA." WHATTTT yYOU GOTTA BE KIDDING MEE?? HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO BE A MISSIONARY WITHOUT A CHURCH???
