I'm not cold anymore!

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey guysssssssssssssssssssssssssss

     So I'm just confused. Paraguay doesn't make sense to me. Last week I was FREEEZZINNGG cold like every day. I literally bought a coat it was so cold. And then guess what happend this week? I was on the edge of getting my shirts cut to make them short sleeved. WHAT HAPPENED PARAGUAY!? Ok ok ok all of that was a bit of an exaggeration, but it WAS a lot hotter this week. But anywayyssssssssssssssssss...
     This week was pretty weird...to say the least 😂. So basically last week was AWESOME and we found a bajillion people to teach and gave 5 people baptism dates, and then this week came we couldn't find ANY of them again. I swear it's like everyone just packed their bags and moved to Uraguay or something. But hey! Just gives us more time to find people to teach right!? Wooooooooooooooooo woooooooooooooo.
     I forgot if I've mentioned this before, but my companion Elder Prado like BROKE his tooth. I guess he was eating cereal one day in his hold area and his molar just snapped in half. So we've been going to the dentist a bunch and he's finally come to this decision that he's gonna take out his tooth and be a Paraguayan for his mission (I swear nobody here has teeth). I guess it's supposed to be suuuuuuuper bloody and we won't be able to leave the house for 1 or 2 days. So that's exciting. I'll give ya'll some bloody photos next week :D
     Have I ever mentioned how FAST time has gone lately? I've been here for almost 11 months. Isn't that crazy??? I feel like I just left the airport and said bye to my family. Sometimes I ask my companion questions about the mission and stuff, forgetting that he's only been here for 2 months. Like WOAH guys. I came here in AUGUST. That was like, basically 10 years ago. Crazy.
     This week I've learned a lot about the Atonement. We had a ton of just super spiritual lessons this week. We found this one lady who was suuuuuper Evangelica(that usually means their crazy and don't wanna listen to us) and we explained how Jesus established a church when he was here and she flipped out and was like "You guys pray to Joseph Smith and I don't believe in that" and we're like woah woah woah we haven't even TALKED about Joseph Smith or anything. And she actually decided to listen to us and it just awesome guys. The Atonement is so awesome. Everytime we explain it and the Restoration you can always feel the Spirit so strong.
     Ok well let's hope we find some people to baptize this week, but that's all I got for this week. I hope you all have a great week!

Hey Mom! Hahaha I'm so happy my picture with the cat is popular. I thought it was super funny when we took it. We were teaching a menos activo member and he had these little cats jump up on us during the lesson. So we have 'interviews' with President every transfer to make sure everythings good, and we had ours this week and President told me that I'm almost for sure going somewhere this transfer. He didn't know where yet but just told me I was leaving. I personally think it would be super fun to go somewhere super far away like in Zone 9 or something. The farthest area away is called Campo Nueva and I kinda wanna go there haha. But I don't have a huge preference. Also MOM. On my last transfer I am FOR SURE gonna try to make everyone feel trunky!!! Falam Portugues?

Heeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyyyy everrryybbooddyyy!!!! Voces falam portugues? Está bem! Eu tambem nao. Mas vou seguir aprendendo kkkkkkkkkkk.      So we had transfers and I'm back here with my boy Elder Rodrigues and we're just having a grand ol' time here in the Floresta. I remember my first week here I had to adjust quite a bit. In Villarrica the people are super nice, but here they're a little more frío. So Elder Rodrigues kinda had to go through that same adjustment. But I think he's doing pretty good now.      I'm pretty glad that Elder Rodrigues is here with me. Last transfer my companion didn't drink any soda and only ate out once a week, but now we're back to eating out every day except Sunday and drinking soda for personal study in the morning, so life is good. I honestly have NO idea how I have not gained weight since I've been here. I checked my weight actually a few weeks ago, and I'm still sitting at the same 160 pounds of skin and bone tha...

The Prophet Was Right!

What the heck happened guys??? Last week was super chill, but then all of a sudden BAM I feel like we're in an apocalypse or something. IN JUST ONE WEEK! WHAT THE HECK?      So I'd first like to state that the majority of people here in Paraguay hear about the news about something and that's the ONLY thing they talk about. So if something happens, pretty much EVERYONE tells us about it. Members, non members, everyone. So we'd been aware of the Corona Virus for quite some time. But really I didn't think it was a big deal haha. Then on tuesday night we get this message from our president saying, "Due to the Corona Virus, there will be no church meetings of any kind for 2 weeks. No sacrament meeting. No district councils. NADA." WHATTTT yYOU GOTTA BE KIDDING MEE?? HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO BE A MISSIONARY WITHOUT A CHURCH???
