It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Whaaaaaaaaaaattttttttttttssssss uuuuuuuuuuupppppppppppppp gggggggguuuuuuuuyyyyyyyssssssssssssssssss. As you can read from the title, we saw a ton of rain these last few days. That means it was also SUUUPERRR humid and hot. It was pretty terrible, not gonna lie. PERO, we found a lot of cool people to teach and we're just pretty tranquilopa here in Villarrica.
Tomorrow is cambios and Elder Smith and I are staying together here for another transfers, so I'm pretty excited for that. We get along really well and it's just been a blast. Like yeah, literally like nothing is happening here right now (#stillhavefaith), BUT, I'm working with a really good friend now, so it's been fun.
HOWEVER SPEAKING OF CAMBIOS. Elder Jensen will be leaving and I'm PRETTY DARN BUMMED ABOUT THAT. We'll be getting a Brazilian Elder (creo que se llama Elder Rodriguez) and we're a little worried. Like what happens if he's super weird?? Everything will be ruined. So we're really just praying he's awesome ðŸ˜‚. I'm sure he will be though. Also gives us the chance to learn some poorrtuugguueesseee.
Speaking of having 4 gringos at the house still....it has now become a tradition to play Hearts every night. For those of you who don't know, it's a card game(with a standard deck of playing cards) that requires 4 people, and only 4 people. I've gotten pretty darn good at it, and we're really hoping Elder Rodriguez will wanna play as well. Vamos a ver.
As far as the OBRA MISIONAL here in Villarrica right now....pretty rough hahaha. We've been using the member list and finding LOTS of members, but pretty much all of them are pretty uninterested, pero, SEGUIMOS.
Anyways, that's PRETTY MUCH IT FOR THIS WEEK. The church is true. This week we were talking a lot about how hard the commandments are and how hard life is, but I KNOW THAT IT'S POSSIBLE. I know that if we strive to follow the example of Jesus Christ in our lives we will be blessed and be helped in our effort. We're not perfect, but HE WAS. USE THE ATONEMENT IN YOUR LIFE. HAVE A GREAT WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOVE YAALLLLLLL

ELDER ERICHSEN

Heaven help this kid's English, deteriorating right before my eyes. You'd think he was learning Spanish or something.
