Things are happening

Yeah you read that right, it's going down here in Villarrica. WE GOT SOMEONE WITH FECHA FOR JANUARY 4TH 2020 WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HYYYYYYYPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. So you remember last week when I was like "Yo, people went to church." Yeah, the little 10 year old girl named Armina is getting baptized. Her mom wants to get baptized as well but she has to be married with this guy first, so we're actually visiting them this week y vamos a ver que pasa. Elder Smith and I are pretty excited though.
     The next of the transfer is actually gonna be pretty crazy. So there are 6 elders in our district. 4 in Villarrica and 2 in Paso Yobai, PERO one of the elders in Yobai is having back problems and he's gonna go to the office and possibly go home, so his companion there needs a friend. So we're taking turns every week for the next 3 weeks to be companions with him. Elder Smith will be heading there today and I guess we'll see who goes next week. It's gonna be Christmas next and so pretty much nobody wants to be in Yobai so we're all a little scared. But I'm sure it'll all be super tranquilopa.
     Speaking of Christmas, GUYS IT'S ALMOST CHRISTMAS! I have like all of these presents that my mom sent me and it's killing me to not open them. I'm pretty sure at least half of them are candy and if that's true I'll be a pretty happy boy. Have I ever explained how good the candy is here in Paraguay? Oh yeah, probably not, because it isn't.
     Ok I have nothing else to talk about. Hope life is all well for the Christmas season. HAVE A GREAT WEEK.

Hey Mom! Hahaha I'm so happy my picture with the cat is popular. I thought it was super funny when we took it. We were teaching a menos activo member and he had these little cats jump up on us during the lesson. So we have 'interviews' with President every transfer to make sure everythings good, and we had ours this week and President told me that I'm almost for sure going somewhere this transfer. He didn't know where yet but just told me I was leaving. I personally think it would be super fun to go somewhere super far away like in Zone 9 or something. The farthest area away is called Campo Nueva and I kinda wanna go there haha. But I don't have a huge preference. Also MOM. On my last transfer I am FOR SURE gonna try to make everyone feel trunky!!! Falam Portugues?

Heeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyyyy everrryybbooddyyy!!!! Voces falam portugues? Está bem! Eu tambem nao. Mas vou seguir aprendendo kkkkkkkkkkk.      So we had transfers and I'm back here with my boy Elder Rodrigues and we're just having a grand ol' time here in the Floresta. I remember my first week here I had to adjust quite a bit. In Villarrica the people are super nice, but here they're a little more frío. So Elder Rodrigues kinda had to go through that same adjustment. But I think he's doing pretty good now.      I'm pretty glad that Elder Rodrigues is here with me. Last transfer my companion didn't drink any soda and only ate out once a week, but now we're back to eating out every day except Sunday and drinking soda for personal study in the morning, so life is good. I honestly have NO idea how I have not gained weight since I've been here. I checked my weight actually a few weeks ago, and I'm still sitting at the same 160 pounds of skin and bone tha...

The Prophet Was Right!

What the heck happened guys??? Last week was super chill, but then all of a sudden BAM I feel like we're in an apocalypse or something. IN JUST ONE WEEK! WHAT THE HECK?      So I'd first like to state that the majority of people here in Paraguay hear about the news about something and that's the ONLY thing they talk about. So if something happens, pretty much EVERYONE tells us about it. Members, non members, everyone. So we'd been aware of the Corona Virus for quite some time. But really I didn't think it was a big deal haha. Then on tuesday night we get this message from our president saying, "Due to the Corona Virus, there will be no church meetings of any kind for 2 weeks. No sacrament meeting. No district councils. NADA." WHATTTT yYOU GOTTA BE KIDDING MEE?? HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO BE A MISSIONARY WITHOUT A CHURCH???
