It's hot; nothing's happening; life is good!

ITTTTTTTTTTTTT'SSSSSSSSSSSS SOOOOOOOOO HAAAWWWWWWWWWTTTTTTTTTTTTT.  We were walking around the other day, baptizing the world(as one does) the other day, and I think I almost died it was so hot. We had to go back home and take a 5 minute break to just cool down and eat something. And guess what? It's not even summer here yet! Wooooooooooooooooooo! Oh, but hey guys what's up? Hope your weeks were all good.      I'm just gonna be straight up and say we got NADA happening here in Villarrica. We haven't had anybody go to church my whole 3 sundays here, but I'm pretty used to it. In my last area we didn't have anyone in church one whole transfer but then we found awesome people and baptized 5 people the next one, so I'm sure if we keep working hard we'll find something one of these days.      So I guess I kinda lied about having nothing, I guess we have found a few pretty sweet people. The thing is I feel like nobody is really progressing until t...

Hey, I have fotos this time!

Wooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwww w has it really been a week aleady??? I swear I was just typing up on of these dumb emails yesterday. This week went by craaaaaazy fast. I had divisions with my district, zone conference, divisions with my zone leaders, and 10 baptisms!!.....just kidding...but that would be pretty sweet. But it was a pretty great week if I do say so myself.      So firstly, I went on divisions with the other area in my district, Paso Yobai. So for any of you who don't know much about the Paraguay Asunción Misión(and I know there's a few), Paso Yobai is the only area that has bikes. The area is suuuuuuper grande, so the Elders have bikes to get around everywhere faster. So your boi got to ride a bike! And for those of you who don't know, a lot of streets in Paso Yobai are very rocky roads, so all I can say is that I was very sore the next day. But other than that, it was aweesome! I got to be with Elder Santana (my companion 3 changes ago) and that was rea...

Villarica!

What is UPPPP everrryonnneee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !! How's it goinnggg!!!??? How am I? Oh ya know, pretty fanFREAKINGtastic! Just finished my first week in Villarrica and it's just wonderful. TOTALLY forgot to take pictures, but it's like this really nice clean city, but it's also a little campaña(fields n stuff). It's giGANTIC. I think if you look at our WHOLE area, it would be about 100x bigger than my last area (not even kidding), but we work almost solely in this area around the city where the church is, and even that is like 5x bigger than my last area. It's ridiculous. But hey, I like walking anyways.      Everyone here in Villarrica is CRAZY nice. Like it's actually so weird how different the people are here compared to Asuncion. I'm used to "Otro día" at least 20 times a day, but guess how many times I've been told "Otro día" in Villarrica? NUNCA! I am yet to get rejected here like that. Like yeah, everyone is Catholic and n...

YoyoyoyoyoYOYOYOYOYOy guysssssssssssssssssssssss.. This wwereeekkk wass craazzzyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. If you're seeing those those fotos above, you'll see wee got some baptisms! Woo!!! Everything went well and Alma, Patricia, Kevin, and Nicol were all baptized. It took a LOT of work and a lot of prayers, but it all worked out. They were all confirmed yesterday. Really just a fantastic week.      To to start out this email, I'm gonna talk about all of the craziness that was Saturday. So in order for someone to get baptized, they need to be interviewed by your district leader or your zone leader if you are the district leader. So I was on divisions with our Zone Leaders to interview Nicol and Kevin Saturday morning. All was swell in the morning. We woke up, punched Shaun T in the face, planned, studied, made some goals, and were cheerfully walking to the church to fill the baptism font and do the interviews. We merrily walked to the baptism font to fill it up, and to our despi...

Hooooollllaaaaaaaaa cooommmoooo eeeessttttaaaaaannnnn yaaaa'''lllll???? Muy muy muy muy  muy  bien. This week flew by faster than the 5$ box at Taco Bell, so pretty darn fast. We're seeing lots of great things in our area. We should be looking at 4 baptisms this Saturday, which is pretty nuts. I've been privileged to have 4 on my whole mission, so I'll be doubling that. Crazy.      We've been working with these 2 families for pretty much the whole transfer and we think they're all finally ready for baptism. We're teaching these 2 PFs(family are members)Kevin and Nicole and the only thing stopping them from getting baptized is passing the interview, but I think they'll kill it. We're also teaching this single mom with her 9 year old kid Alma who was a reference from an inactive member. We're a little worried about the mom beeing ready, but we're visiting them today to see how they be doing. I think all will be well for the 7th and w...
