We're teaching some people!

Yeah, you read that title right. THE FLORESTA IS TEACHING SOME PEOPLE WOOOOOOO. We found some pretty cool people this week. So that's a first for me here in the Floresta. Ya know... it's crazy. You find like 20 "new investigators" for a week and the next week they just COMPLETELY VANISH. GONESO. It's crazy. But we have like 4 people who stayed this week, so we're doing pretty good.      Not gonna lie, pretty much nothing happened this week and I have nothing to write about. The week did fly by though. Like actually I feel yesterday was P day, it was crazy.      Ummmmmm, this week we hit 215 contacts, which is like 80 more than the normal amount. So that was pretty cool. But most of those contacts were just "Hola hermano! Can we say hi really fast and introduce ourselves?" and then they say "otro día" and close the door, BUT it definitely still counts.      But yes, definitely in a challenging area for sure, BUT we're still workin...

Yup, you saw that right. I had a PERFECT 72 week streak of writing emails, but Gmail just HAPPENED to stop working at 2pm last monday, or better known as the time we went to the church to write people. So I APOLOGIZE, I'll try and do better.      But ANYWAYSSSSS, we're here in the FLORESTA. WOOOOOO. You thought that Villarrica was hard? Hahahaha jokes on you, THE FLORESTA IS EVEN HARDER!!! The people here are FRRIIIOOOOO. Everyone in Villarrica were very not interested but they were always very nice about it. The people HERE just say "Yeah, we're not interested. May God bless you." And that's about it. BUT, it is quite satisfying when we actually do get into a house, if we're looking at the positives.      All of that being said, La Floresta is pretty awesome. All of the members here are suuuuper nice. We also have a soft serve ice cream place super close to our house. My companion's name is Elder Cook and he's suuuuper chill. I've been ve...

WHaaaaaaaaatttttttt isss upp frieenddsss and amiiggoosss. If you are reading that title right, you know that we HAD A BAPTISM IN VILLARRICA WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!! It took 4 months(well technically the last baptism was in June, so really 6 months) but we finally did it! WOOOOOO!!!! LETS GOOOOOOO. Wow it's crazy how fast the time here in Villarrica has flew by. I'm not sure if it's because I've had really awesome companions or if I hit a year on the mission. But either way it's been great.      So I'm just gonna  briefly  cover how HARD it was to get this baptism to happen. So if any of ya'll did NOT know already (But you should because you read ALL of my emails and LOVE them), we have been renting this apartment place for the church because they have been re-doing the floor. So we've been in this lame apartment building my WHOLE time in Villarrica. That also means that there is NO BAPTISMAL FONT. So we were stuck LOOKING for something...
