Hey everryyyyooooooonneeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeee,      So this week was pretty traaaaaaaaaanquilo. We had our entrevistas with President and those were pretty bomb.       Yesterday we had Branch Conference and that was awesome. Normally we have about 50ish people attend church but yesterday we had like 100 plus which was awesome. We have a few visits with some inactive people which is exciting. This week we're really planning on visiting a lot of members to teach their friends.      I still have no idea if I'm leaving in a week or not, so I'm kinda in a weird spot. We eat lunch with members and I'm like "So....this COULD be the last time I have lunch with you guys  ." and it's all kinda goofy. I'm at a point where I really wanna leave but at the same time I'm REALLY gonna miss all the members here.      But nothing too exciting this week. None of the people we're teaching wanna progress so it's been really hard...

What is uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuup everyone,      So this week was a looooot like the last one....meaning that not much happend haha. BUT,    I have an excuse this time. This week was the SEMANA SANTA, which means like holy or sacred week. So I'm pretty sure it's a Catholic thing, but basically all of the week of Easter everyone gets together with their families and celebrates the Resurrection of Jesus Christ....whether that means reading the scriptures and going to church, or getting wasted and breaking all of God's commandments, who knows. But basically like nobody wanted to talk to us this week because everyone was either drunk or with familiy visiting and didn't want us to interrupt.... by BLESSING THEIR LIVES. But it's all good in the hood.      I went to this new place to get my haircut last P day and there's this couple that owns this hair salon place and we were talking them a bunch when I got my haircut and they wan...

Hey yaaaaaaaaaaa'llll, This week was kinda uneventful, so super sorry if this email is like, super boring  .      Me and Elder Quinde have just been livin´ it up here in Obrero. Our mission president made it a goal that we talk to 154 people every week as a companionship and so we've really just been finding people to teach this week. But now that we have Sajonia in our area, it's been super hard to have time to find people. There's a girl we're teaching over there named Carmen and it takes like 3 hours in total to take a bus there, teach, and come back. But right now she has a baptism date for the 27th, so pray that that goes through.      Next week is the semana santa, which means like holy week. It's basically Easter on steroids. So instead of just celebrating the Resurrection on Sunday, people here celebrate a different part of Jesus Christ every day of the week. Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeyyyyyyyy everyone,      I hope you all had a fanTASTIC General Conference because I sure did. It was amazing! Not only did we get to hear from a living prophet and hear from his 12 apostles, but we didn't have to do ANYTHING the last 2 days  . Way better than Christmas. But no, it really was awesome though. I felt that the main theme among the talks was keeping our covenants that we've made with our Heavenly Father. I have such a great oppurtunity right now to be inviting people all day every day to go to church and to make those covenants through ordinances like baptism and I feel so blessed to have that calling.      Besides General Conference, we had another really great week. That's right! 2 good weeks in a row! It's crazy! We found a lot of new great people to teach and I really feel like I'm helping Obrero grow. Hey everyone,      This week was AWESOME. We had a ton of success. So basically the opposite of the past 6 weeks in this area. Me and Elder Gomes used the list of members in the area a bunch last transfer to find some inactive families and had legit like no success finding anybody. But just 2 days ago me and Elder Quinde found this family on the member list and visited them. We went to their super fancy house and clapped at their door and their son (who's a member) went and opened the door for us and invited us inside. It was super weird because usually nobody wants to talk to us haha. But we went in and found out this family of 5 hasn't been to church in 8 years and that they were actually thinking about coming back just the other day. How awesome is it that me and my companion were guided by the Spirit to visit their house?
